Introduction to role

Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming data into actionable insights? As a Turkiye Data & Analytics Solution Engineer and MEA Data Architect, you'll collaborate with global and regional data leads, as well as the Turkiye Commercial IT and Digital team, to define and execute a data and analytics roadmap that aligns with enterprise priorities. You'll design, develop, and deploy analytics solutions that address business needs, ensuring a unified data ecosystem. Your role will involve leading end-to-end project delivery, experimenting with new technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll also act as a governance leader across MEA markets, positioning Türkiye as a beacon for data innovation.

Accountabilities

- Collaborate with global/regional data and analytics leads and Turkiye Commercial IT and Digital team to define, communicate, and execute the data and analytics roadmap.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions and data products that address business needs.

- Design and maintain compliant, integrated data architectures.

- Own and lead end-to-end project delivery.

- Provide routine visibility on roadmap and project execution to all stakeholders.

- Proactively experiment with and innovate new technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to data and analytics.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT partners.

- Act as MEA Data Architect by driving governance, standardization, execution excellence.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related field with 7-10 years of experience in a similar role

- 8+ years in data/analytics, including regional scope; strong track record delivering analytics platforms and products in complex, matrixed organizations. Experience in pharmaceuticals/life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred; familiarity with commercial analytics, omnichannel, RWE, or medical insights is a plus.

- Demonstrated capability in medium-to-large scale program/project management, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and change management across multiple markets. Proficiency with modern data platforms and tooling (e.g., cloud data warehouses/lakes, data integration and orchestration, BI/visualization, MDM, data quality tools); understanding of data product thinking, API-led integration, and governance frameworks.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive stakeholder engagement; ability to influence without authority.

- Experienced in applying IT best practice methodologies (ITIL, PMP, Agile, Prince2)

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Preferred to prior experience in design thinking, lean and six sigma practices

- Strong grounding in data modeling, KPI frameworks, experimentation, and statistical/ML concepts; ability to translate business questions into data solutions. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations including but not limited to KVKK, GDPR, ethical AI principles, and audit requirements.

- Prior experience in data visualization tools, data warehousing, and analytics platforms

- Focuses relentlessly on business value and user experience.
